Andre Meadows joined National Comedy Theatre in July 2000, and likes to call himself "The Tim Meadows Of NCT".
He started his road to improv with ComedySportz in Raleigh, NC. There, he won local cheers for his character, the Rev. Tito Jackson, in ChuckleHead, a political improv show. Now, not only does he perform in NCT shows, he is also the creator and artistic director of ImproVision, the show that uses improv to create a television network and its programs.
Andre was born and raised in Greensboro, NC and graduated from NC State University with a computer science degree. In his spare time, he draws cartoons, writes, creates web sites, plays video games, and daydreams about Destiny's Child. And he gives a great foot massage. Appointments recommended, walk-ins welcome.
His improv hero is Wayne Brady of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" and his dream is to perform an improv song with him.
